Getting your art professionally installed is as easy as 1 - 2 - 3. Here's a quick run-down of the installation process.

Step 1: Send Us Your Ideas

You probably have a pretty good idea of what you want to get done. Maybe you just want one picture hung, but it's in a challenging location like high in a stairwell or over a fireplace. Or maybe you'd like a whole art collection installed on move-in day.

Whatever it is, just get in touch and let us know what you'd like to do. The more details you can give us, the better.

For example, it helps to know:
  • How many pictures?
  • Will you want any of them laid out in a gallery wall?
  • Are any of the pictures large (wider than 40 inches) or heavy?
  • Will any of them be hung high up on the wall? (More than eight feet up)
  • Will we be hanging into stone, concrete, plaster or other unusual finishes?
  • Are there any pictures that need hangers or wires attached to the back of the piece?
  • Do you have a deadline you'd like to meet, like a special party where you want your house to really shine?

Then within a day or so of getting your email...

Step 2: We'll Send You a Free Estimate

We know you're probably pretty busy, so we minimize onsite appointments by sending you a ballpark estimate ahead of time. This is based on the number of pictures, subject to the special circumstances listed above. In general, the more art you ask us to hang, the less it costs per picture.

Then if you're ready to get started, we'll set up an appointment. For those that work during the week, we can often work on Saturdays to accommodate your schedule.

We'll check in to confirm before the appointment, and then on the big day....

Step 3: We'll Consult With You, and Then Hang Your Pictures

At the time of your appointment, we'd like you to be available to walk through your home with us and show us where you'd like to place everything. (If that doesn't work for you, we can also plan to bring our art consultant; just let us know ahead of time.)

The consultation is the really fun part! We'll hold each picture up so you can tell us how high you'd like to hang it and how you'd like it centered. If needed, we can also help you decide which wall each picture will go on. And if you'd like to do a complex layout such as a gallery wall, we'll get a general outline of what you'd like to do so we can lay it out ahead of time.
Then we hang the pictures using white gloves to protect your art from fingerprints. After each piece is hung, we'll ensure that it's level and centered. We're sticklers for the perfect layout!
Once we're done, you'll have the opportunity walk through and verify that every picture is hung correctly.

We love our work, and we want you to be totally satisfied with every single picture we hang for you. That's why we include a One-Year Warranty on all of our installations. That means that if something is even a little bit "off" we'll personally come out and fix it, guaranteed.
